Preheat the oven to 300 F.
Put the almond flour, cocoa, vanilla extract, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
Add the egg and coconut oil and stir together.
Take the dough out in separate cookies pieces and place each piece on a sheet of parchment paper.
They should be about 1–2 inches wide when pressed down.
Bake the cookies in the oven for 12–15 minutes
Let the cookies cool.
