Meeting the Moment: Weekly Meditation

This weekly 30 minute meditation class is for those wanting to learn meditation or those with an ongoing practice. All are welcome for this virtual series where we will practice together in community. Feel free to join in on any of the weekly sessions offered. Remembering that each time we “take our seat” in meditation, we are beginning again. Nothing special is needed, just willingness, curiosity, and a quiet comfortable space.
No experience with meditation necessary. You will benefit most in a quiet environment where you will not be disturbed.

Meditation and CBD

What is meditation?

Meditation is a practice that involves being in the present moment. There are many different forms of meditation, but many use it as a practice to calm anxiety and stress levels. There are many different ways to meditate, and CBD can be helpful in your meditation journey.

Why meditation and CBD?

In some studies, CBD has been shown to also help with anxiety and stress. By using it with meditation, you can enhance this experience of calm and present-moment awareness.
