Roasted Carrot Hummus
Ingredients
- 2 lbs peeled and sliced carrots
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- Ground black pepper
- Minced garlic
- Sugarloaf Organics CBD Tincture
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Put carrots on cookie sheet
- Drizzle olive oil over the carrots
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until carrots are slightly brown
- Add carrots, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, CBD tincture, and sea salt in a blender
- Mix until texture is smooth
- Add salt, lemon juice, black pepper and garlic (as much as desired)
- Dip cinnamon sticks in mixture and enjoy!
