Roasted Carrot Hummus

Course Appetizer

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs peeled and sliced carrots
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • Ground black pepper
  • Minced garlic
  • Sugarloaf Organics CBD Tincture

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Put carrots on cookie sheet
  • Drizzle olive oil over the carrots
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until carrots are slightly brown
  • Add carrots, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, CBD tincture, and sea salt in a blender
  • Mix until texture is smooth
  • Add salt, lemon juice, black pepper and garlic (as much as desired)
  • Dip cinnamon sticks in mixture and enjoy!
